Gen-Con! One of the largest table-top gaming conventions on the continent. We purchased several new games, some great new books, and a whole bunch of amazing art direct from the artists. Our party of six spent three days combing through what felt like an endless labyrinth of thrilling sights and sounds, meeting with game creators and artists, and appreciating some truly inspired costumes of characters from a hundred different worlds.

 

Additionally, after much deliberation and an intense training montage, Decker decided to join the Detroit Police Department. The exams were difficult but all of the people involved were really fantastic, and it became increasingly clear that I had made the right choice. Waking up at 4am for eight hours of weathering total chaos isn't easy, but somebody has to do it, and they pay me the whole time.
