Yes we did!
Turns out that moving everything you own between three different houses at once gives you the perfect opportunity to find some strange relics from a bygone era. This is precisely how Larrea stumbled upon a 'Time Capsule' that she and her two best friends had built when they were in middle school. She opened it up to find various oddities like handmade friendship bracelets, lists of long-forgotten inside jokes, and gossip on cute boys from the 5th grade.
In other news, the two of us decided to adventure into the abandoned building beside our house to see what might be there. The expedition was extremely short-lived, as we opened the alley-way door to the building and immediately saw a sign reading "Gang shit happens here". That was determined to be excellent signage and the perfect excuse to go back home and not worry about what the inside of the building looks like.

Saying Goodbye
Larrea said goodbye to her best friend of 12 years, Tyrion the Siberian husky. Tyrion died comfortably at home after spending a weekend eating all the butter and whipped cream he wanted. He was full of energy and mischief his entire life, and followed Larrea on many adventures including Herkimer diamond mining in New York, camping in Nordhouse and befriending every dog at every dog park between Indiana and Michigan.
